This week we learned the consonants Tt and Cc. We reviewed our sight words that we have learned so far this year. We learned the color brown and the shape of an oval. Thank you to all of you who participated in rhyming show and tell! This guy wrote the word seal on his bag and then brought a wheel. That is how the game works! We had fun guessing what was in the bags. Your child should be able to rhyme now. You can let them listen to the song Rhyme Time on youtube if they are still having trouble.
In math we continued to practice the numbers 0-10. Your child should know these numbers well now. If you say a number, they should be able to quickly show you the correct number of fingers.
In science we went on a leaf walk. We had fun continuing to learn about trees and the fall season.
