This week we learned about the word family ick. We reviewed all of our blend sounds. We had the sight words from, where, and me.

During our reading think tank time, these guys had a creative idea! I asked them to make something from our story about Curious George. They decided to dress up like the man in the yellow hat! They designed their hats by themselves.
This week in math we finished our unit on graphing data on charts.
In science we learned about water. We learned the word dissolve. We talked about the difference between fresh water and salty ocean water.
We made our very own dinosaur fossils to review our unit about rocks.
In the library, we reviewed the life cycle of a butterfly. These guys were chosen to act out each stage of the butterflies life. It starts with an egg, and then a caterpillar, and then a chrysalis, and then a butterfly!
